There are so many websites that carry the fat burning furnace e-book until it comes in the form of a PDF, a Facebook Group, or on your Ipad.

Before signing up with the Fat Burning Furnace program, you can get a free e-book, which contains the preface from Mr. Rob Poulos that explains how he feels about the state of exercise and diet today.  From the preface, he also explains the diet plan, and exercise plan but not so much in depth.  In order to find that out, you have to sign up for the program.  Also in the free e-book, there are four secrets to know about how the program works.

Before revealing the secrets that talk about why some diet plans to not work, why exercise programs do not work, and attitude adjustment to the program, he talks about how the program works.

Mr. Poulos wants you to understand what foods help burn body fat.  Not weight loss, for weight loss programs only work for short time and the weight comes back on.  He says sometimes the weight comes back on more than the first time you lose it.  The foods that do not help with burning body fat are: carbohydrates, whole grain, white sugars, and anything that is processed, and highly salted.  What does help are foods that are rich in protein such as, organic whole eggs, Grass-fed butter, Grass-fed meats, oatmeal, and any other organic fruits and vegetables.

Mr. Poulos also wants you to understand what exercises will work and which ones do not.  Long, boring exercises especially aerobic exercises do not work.  He believes that if you exercise for 15 minutes, three days a week, and in an intense fashion, you will burn body fat.  He also feels that when you spend long hours in the gym, you are not utilizing nor keeping track of your resting metabolic rate.

Once you are signed up for the program, you will be able to download the remaining three e-books, and get started on the program.  Book one contains the complete diet plan, as written by Michael Geary, nutritionist and creator of the fat burning plan, also being utilized in the book, Truth About ABS.     There is nothing wrong with it, because Mr. Poulos credits Mr. Geary for the diet plan, which is not a diet plan at all.  It is a lifestyle plan

Book two, contains the exercise program.  Again as explained earlier, these exercises are only worked for 15 minutes, three days a week.  Mr. Poulos believes that you are too busy to spend long hours in a gym, and although aerobic exercises work, they do not work for long periods of time.  Meaning you have to work out for a long time to get the same results as the exercise program in the book.  Plus, it takes 72 hours before you can work out again.

The last book, book three, contains charts for you to work in.  This is sort of a workbook where you need to chart your progress.  Keep in mind, that all three books have a beginner, intermediate, and advance levels, spanning 12 weeks each.
